Supported Living

Trinity Care believe that people should be supported to be as independent as possible and that our staff encourage individuals to engage in all areas of their everyday lives, including household tasks, personal care, and making decisions about activities and experiences that they would like to take part in.

Older Persons Care and Support.

As we age, we may find everyday tasks increasingly difficult without support. Supported living packages of care and support can meet those needs in our own home, giving us the opportunity to stay at home longer and to maintain as much independence as possible, whilst keeping safe.

Dementia Care and Support Services

People living with dementia or Alzheimer’s Disease often have complex and changing needs. Because it is a progressive condition, they may be able to do some things for themselves but may not be able to live independently without support.

Mental Health Supported Living Services

Supported living can be beneficial for people who are living with a mental health condition. As the condition may interfere with their ability to perform everyday tasks packages of support will help as well as provide plenty of opportunities for social engagement in their community.

Supported Living for people with a physical or learning disability.

Supported living can be a great option for people who have a physical or learning disability and need support to live in their own home. Whilst we encourage individuals to be as independent as possible we realise that for some support will always be required.
